“Little Lucy’s Big Dream“
むかしむかし、なかよし村に、ルーシーという小さな女の子がいました。
Once upon a time, in a friendly town, there was a little girl named Lucy.
ルーシーは学校に行くのが大好きでしたが、ともだちのティミーは近くに学校がなくて、学校には行けませんでした。
She loved going to school, but her friend Timmy couldn’t go because there was no school nearby.
ルーシーはこれをなんとかしよう！と決意しました。
Lucy decided to change this.
彼女は大人たちに言いました。「こども全員が学んで遊べる学校を建てよう！」
She told the grown-ups, “Let’s build a school so all the kids can learn and play together!”
みんなの助けを借りて、カラフルな学校が建てられました。
With everyone’s help, they built a colorful school.
ともだちのティミーとその友達も新しい学校に来て、楽しく学び、絵を描き、歌を歌いました。
Timmy and his friends joined, and they had the best time learning, drawing, and singing songs.
ルーシーの夢がかないました。
Lucy’s dream came true.
ルーシーは、愛とみんなの協力があれば、質の高い教育の機会をみんなに提供できることを示しました。
She showed that with love and teamwork, we can give everyone a chance for a quality education.
