"Billy the Builder"
むかしむかし、ビリーという名前の小さな男の子がいました。
Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Billy.
彼はブロックで高い塔を建てて遊ぶのが大好きでした。
He loved to play with blocks and build tall towers.
ある日、ビリーの町に新しい遊び場が必要になりましたが、お金が足りませんでした。
One day, Billy's town needed a new playground, but they didn't have enough money.
ビリーはアイデアを思いつきました！
Billy had an idea!
彼は古い木や釘などの古い材料を集め始めました。
He started collecting old materials like wood and nails.
ともだちにも助けてもらって、集めた古い材料を使って素晴らしい遊び場をつくりました。
With the help of his friends, they built a fantastic playground using the old materials.
遊び場にはブランコ、滑り台、大きな砂場がありました。
It had swings, slides, and a big sandbox.
町のみんなが幸せで、新しい遊び場で一緒に遊びました。
Everyone in the town was happy and played together on the new playground.
ビリーと友達は、努力と創造力で素晴らしいことを成し遂げることができることを学び、それがみんなのために良い場所を作るのにどれほど役立つかを知りました。
Billy and his friends learned that they can make amazing things with hard work and creativity, and that's how they helped create a better place for everyone.
ビリーたちはまるでSDGs No.9「産業と技術革新の基盤を作ろう」という目標にむけてがんばる小さな建設工のようでした。
They were like little builders for SDG No. 9, "Building the Foundation for Industry and Innovation."
