ある小さな村の森は、ある企業によって破壊されようとしていた。
In a small village, a forest faced destruction by a company.
ある朝、ヒロシという名の老人が子供の頃を思い出しながら森に入っていった。
One morning, an old man named Hiroshi walked into the forest, remembering his childhood.
作業員たちが木を切っているのを見て、彼は行動を起こすことにした。
He saw workers cutting trees and decided to act.
ヒロシは村の図書館で、森が神聖な場所として保護されていることを示す古い記録を見つけた。
Hiroshi found old records in the village’s library showing the forest as protected sacred ground.
それを村長に見せると、村長は作業員たちを止めた。
He took these to the village leader, who stopped the workers.
